Moving to Ecuador?
What US Residents
Need to Know
Before you do anything – start your Visa process while you’re still in the US. Once you relocate to Ecuador you may find that your documents are incomplete or missing, then it’s too late.
If Immigration rejects your application, that can result in serious time delays and extra fees, and possibly having to fly home to rectify the situation. We are the only Ecuadorian Visa service company with an office and staff in the US, who can work with you directly.
Gringo Visas has streamlined the Visa process into three easy-to-understand steps.
1. Choose Your Visa
Our staff can help you choose the right Visa that best fits your needs. You will be guided through the necessary requirements and documents. Contact us for a complete list of the most up to date document requirements. With both Ecuador and US offices, Gringo Visas is uniquely positioned to provide you with the appropriate documentation and customer care.
2. Send Original Documents
You save time and money sending your original documents to our US office. Once we receive your documents, they will be checked for accuracy, notarized and apostilled (legalized). These documents are then sent to our Cuenca office for Spanish translation and further review by our legal staff. Original documents and Spanish translations will then be presented to the Immigration Authorities for processing.
3. Get Your Visa
You’ll be notified when your Visa is approved, and you can collect it from your nearest Ecuadorian Consulate or Embassy. Upon entering Ecuador, you’ll be accompanied to the Immigration Office for Visa registration and Cedula (federal ID) processing.
